Jeremy Bilhorn serves as the Principal of Milton High School in Milton, Wisconsin. A lifelong member of the Milton school community, he has dedicated his entire professional career to the School District of Milton. Jeremy began teaching social studies at Milton High School in 1997 after earning his undergraduate degree in history and secondary education from St. Norbert College. For 11 years he taught courses in history, government, and social issues while also serving as an assistant coach for the varsity football team.
In 2002, he earned a Master of Science in Educational Administration from the University of Wisconsin Madison. He became Principal of Milton High School in 2008 and has led the school with a focus on helping every student graduate prepared for life after high school, whether that path leads to a four year university, technical college, military service, or a career.
Under his leadership, Milton High School continues to provide a strong academic program with Advanced Placement courses, transcripted college credit opportunities, and a wide range of athletics, arts, and student organizations. Jeremy believes deeply in community partnership and values the strong support Milton families and local organizations provide to the school.
Jeremy and his wife live in the Milton School District and are proud parents of three sons who attend or have graduated from Milton schools. His commitment to Milton is both professional and personal, and he works each day to ensure students receive the same quality education he wants for his own family.

Ashley Williams has served as the Secretary and Treasurer for the Milton High School Scholarship Fund Board since 2023. A graduate of UW-Eau Claire with a degree in Social Work, Ashley has called Milton home for the past decade and is deeply committed to the community where she is raising her family. Her work on the Board is uniquely informed by her role as a staff member and Scholarship Coordinator at Milton High School, a position she has held since 2017.
Ashley thrives on building relationships with local sponsors and witnessing the direct impact that community generosity has on students’ futures. Her daily work with students and families fuels her passion for creating the connections necessary for their success as they transition out of high school. She finds it incredibly rewarding to play a hands-on role in helping the next generation pursue their dreams.

Brendon Wilkinson has been a resident of Southern Wisconsin for most of his life and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at First Community Bank. His professional leadership is complemented by a deep and long-standing commitment to education and community involvement in Milton and the surrounding areas.
Brendon earned his undergraduate degree from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin. He later completed his MBA in Management and Finance as well as his Graduate School of Banking degree at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. His educational background has shaped his strong belief in the importance of academic opportunity and lifelong learning.
After moving to Milton nearly 20 years ago, Brendon became actively involved in supporting local organizations that strengthen youth, families, and education. He proudly serves on the Milton High School Scholarship Foundation, helping ensure that local students have access to financial support as they pursue higher education. In addition, he serves on the boards of the Rock County Children’s Museum and the Milton Library Foundation.
Brendon’s previous volunteer leadership includes serving as Chair of the Milton Area Youth Center, a board member of the YMCA of Northern Rock County, a member of the Gathering Place Finance Committee, Milton Volunteer Coordinator and Campaign Chair for the United Way of Northern Rock County, and Chair of the Milton Economic Development Committee. He has also participated in numerous Milton Area Chamber of Commerce volunteer activities over the years.
Through both his professional work and community service, Brendon remains dedicated to investing in the future of Milton’s students and supporting initiatives that help young people achieve their educational goals.

Jon Ballard is a lifelong Wisconsin resident, entrepreneur, and the Founder and CEO of Foremost Media, a digital marketing and web development company based in Janesville. With more than two decades of experience helping businesses grow online, Jon is passionate about using technology and strategy to help organizations succeed.
Jon founded Foremost Media over 23 years ago and has grown the company into a respected digital marketing agency serving clients across the country. Under his leadership, the company specializes in search engine optimization, digital advertising, and website development, helping businesses build strong online visibility and generate measurable results.
In addition to his professional work, Jon is deeply committed to supporting the communities where he lives and works. He serves on the Milton High School Scholarship Foundation Board, helping provide opportunities for local students to pursue higher education. Jon is also a board member of Forward Janesville, the area’s chamber of commerce and economic development organization, and the Janesville Innovation Center, a startup incubator that supports local entrepreneurs and new businesses.
Jon and his wife are proud parents of three children who attended Milton schools, and their family has been actively involved in the community for many years. Over the past 15 years, Jon has volunteered his time coaching youth sports and supporting various Milton athletic booster clubs, helping create positive experiences and opportunities for local student-athletes.
Through both his business leadership and community involvement, Jon is committed to strengthening the local community and supporting programs that help young people succeed.
